Ian’s Bon Voyage Celebration

My brother-in-law is going to be leaving very soon for a two year graduate program in Sweden. We are so excited for him, but sad for us. As an opportunity for all of his friends and family to wish him well, my mother-in-law wanted to throw a party. She asked for an invitation that felt like Sweden, but didn’t incorporate the traditional blue and yellow of the flag. The school Ian will be attending uses plum and white as their colors so I opted to use them too.
